Basic Rules
These rules must be read before joining. All the other rules can be read after you join.
All players must respect the admin and mods above all else. All players must also respect each other.
All players must be 13 years or older to play.
Please keep the game rated PG-13 to R. Meaning all things can be as grphac as can be have something like 'R', in the begginning.
Please wait to be accepted now (New as of 6/14)
Only stallions may claim territories. If a stallion who owns a territory dies, the herd who lives on that territory is abandoned and must go there seperate ways. (there is the possibility that they may band together)
If you are going to be away for a long period of time, or are leaving the game permanently please post on the "Away" board.
Real horse names only, nothing like ponyluvr, horsegurl276 or any of that. Horse names include...Celestial Requiem, Devil's Myth, Illusion, etc...
No one line posts are accepted. This game is open to new roleplayers, but that does not mean you are allowed to post one liners. (example of this would be..."She walked into the clearing, hoping to find someone to play with.")
Admin and Co-Admin are in charge. Our law is to be followed above all others. (exceptions are made for plot in game)
Have an Idea for a large/small plot? Give us the idea in the "Imagination Running Wild" board.
You don't have to be the best roleplayer there ever was. Try to limit your use of fancy words, not everyone knows what they mean. I, myself, don't use fancy words in my posts. Hell...I am still learning to roleplay.
Most of all, Have fun!
Territories/Herds
Every herd being formed must first have a territory to live in.
Only stallions may claim territories.
In a case where the stallion who owns a territory and herd dies, the lead mare may own the territory for a minimum of 2 rl weeks in which she must find a lead stallion.
Exceptions are made for the plotline. (meaning if it fits the plot, a mare may own a territory)
Dangers/Disasters
Everywhere you go, even your own territory there is something dangerous that could happen, so be warned.
Disasters and Dangers happen randomly and are set out by the admin/co-admin and privelaged mods.
Dangers/Disasters differ...dangers are predators, disasters are natural disasters (meaning storms, earthquakes etc...).
You can fight against a danger, but disasters cannot be fought against...the only options you have in case of a disaster is to run, or face it.
Stallions
Stallions are male horses 3 years and up in age.
Stallions may own herds, and territories. But only one herd and only one territory per stallion.
Stallions may force breed mares...the mare does not necessarily have to belong to them either.
It is the stallions responsibility to kick out foals when they come of age. (Meaning, when a colt reaches almost 3 yrs of age or when a filly reaches that age they must be kicked from the herd.)
Have a question about how to play as a stallion? Post on the general board.
Mares
Mares may not claim territtories or own a herd.
Mares may be force bred by any stallion.
Mares foal in the herd they belong to, not the breeding grounds.
Mares are aged 4 years and up. Any younger and your considered a filly and not able to breed.
Breeding
Admin/Co-Admin/Mods choose the stats of your foal and the outcome.
To breed...you may roleplay your way into the breeding grounds. Once thats done, post your stats, (mare & stallion) then wait. A mod, or admin will post the results when your waiting time is up(which will be at least one week. Your mare will be pregnant for that long).
A foal is born one real life week after you went and posted on the breeding grounds board. Where it is born, well...you get to roleplay that and decide.
Any questions? Do you need this to be made clearer? Contact an Admin/Mod.
